Job Description Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking a Consultant level HRIS Analyst who is as comfortable designing and building a best-in-class global business process as they are diving into the ticket queue to solve a complex errors. You are someone who leads the evolution of our Workday landscape but remains deeply "hands-on" in the system. You don't just fix problems; you document the "why" and bring junior team members along for the ride. We need a versatile Workday expert who has the breadth to see how changes impact across the broader ecosystem and a desire to continue developing. What You’ll Be Doing: End-to-end Configuration: Own the end-to-end configuration for Workday Recruiting (Business Process, Reports, Integrations, Gem Overlay, and Security) while maintaining "day-to-day" ticket workload across supported modules. Mentorship & Cross-Training: Act as a technical escalation point for junior analysts. You will lead "knowledge transfer" sessions and build documentation to ensure the team is cross-trained and that no single person is a "single point of failure."
