Everything you are looking for and more 📦 As an Installation Specialist- Portugal , you will play a key role in supporting the expansion and maintenance of our Locker network across Iberia, with a focus on Portugal. You will be responsible for coordinating installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance of our lockers, both remotely and occasionally on-site. This role combines technical expertise, coordination, and problem-solving , working closely with field teams and central technical support to ensure efficient operations. What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Develop in-depth technical knowledge of our Lockers at both mechanical and software level Plan, coordinate and supervise installations to support the continuous expansion of our Locker network in Portugal Act as a key point of contact between field technicians and central teams , ensuring smooth communication and execution Provide second-line technical support , troubleshooting issues remotely and guiding field teams when needed Analyze system logs, incidents and performance data to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Drive preventive and corrective mainten...
