Responsibilities will include: This position requires a significant amount of static standing, frequent and constant lifting, bending, and stretching. - Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customers - Being dependable for all scheduled shifts - Processing member transactions in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner - Performing cash out procedures - Operating the till with accuracy - Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards - Adhering to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures and participate in the Health and Safety program File Maintenance: - Performing any other duties as requested We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Strong customer service skills Organizational skills and great time management Excellent written and verbal communication: Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous retail and cash experience would be an asset Ability to handle multiple demands at once while still providing excellent customer service Sense of urgency: Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
