Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid): The Tactical Buyer will be responsible for the effective and timely execution of purchasing activities for an assigned group of commodities and/or assignments. This function shall strive to provide support required by the organization related to Supply Chain activities. Provides project support within the Supply Chain organization to novate and update the ERP. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for an assigned specific group of goods including the use of the ERP in support of a transition to a new system. Coordinates with the suppliers to close off and novate all applicable purchase orders. Coordinates with Accounts Payable to enable on-time suppliers’ payments.
