About the Role As the Compute Capital Markets Leader focused on infrastructure, you will help shape and drive the strategic investment decisions behind OpenAI’s compute infrastructure. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with engineering, research, finance, and external partners to secure the infrastructure that powers our mission. Capital Strategy & Financing: Translate compute demand, GPU procurement, data center development, and power infrastructure into clear, investable frameworks for lenders, investors, and strategic partners Build durable financing architecture for hyperscale AI infrastructure—not just individual transactions, but repeatable long-term strategic advantage Partner across Finance, Treasury, and Capital Markets to optimize capital structure, expand financing capacity, and reduce cost of capital Develop innovative financing structures across debt, structured capital, partnerships, and alternative financing vehicles...
