TITLE: IRA CERTIFICATE TECHNICIAN: STATUS: NON-EXEMPT: REPORTS TO: SUP - IRA CERTIFICATE: DEPARTMENT: DEPOSIT ACCOUNT SERVICING: JOB CODE: 11638: PAY RANGE: $23.09 - $25.00 HOURLY: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: As a Proficient IRA Certificate Tech, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end process of handling accounts associated with IRA’s and Certificates with a high level of proficiency. Your primary role will involve verifying, documenting, and processing complex Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) requests, IRA Rollovers, IRA Transfers, IRA Withdrawals, Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) and IRA Term-Savings Certificate products and services in compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements within Industry standards. The position involves meticulous record-keeping, effective communication with internal teams, and members. The IRA Certificate Tech should have sound knowledge of IRA functions and procedures within the industry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism.
