Team Introduction Our Global E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team ensures that TikTok’s marketplace remains safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators. As a Listing Governance Program Manager Graduate in the Listing Governance team, you will contribute to the creation and execution of policies and systems that safeguard the platform’s quality and sustainability. It will offer you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment, empowering you to drive impact while working alongside experts in the field. We are seeking highly motivated interns with strong analytical, data handling, and problem-solving skills to support the development and optimization of Prompt Engineering (PE) models for our Regulatory Compliance & Prohibited Product programs. The ideal candidates will possess a mix of technical aptitude (data analysis, large language model interaction, prompt testing) and regulatory/business understanding, enabling them to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
