Job description

Purpose and Scope: System Engineering position with senior level experience to perform a variety of engineering assignments in project development, design, operations, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and Compressed Air systems. The individual will have minimal oversight, be responsible for assigned equipment/systems, provide leadership to other HVAC system engineers and work with technical craft labor to maintain the overall health of assigned systems. Job Duties and Essential Responsibilities: - Perform a range of design development, analysis, or review tasks under minimal supervision. - Provide leadership and mentoring to less senior engineers. - Support shop technicians and operators as needed for assigned systems. Troubleshoot and provide technical expertise for technical anomalies as they arise. - Address and justify preventive maintenance deferrals of HVAC and Compressed Air systems. - Perform readiness assessments of assigned equipment and systems. - Revise and add new asset information in Maximo database for HVAC and Compressed Air systems and equipment per MAR (Maintenance Action Request) process. - Provide input to and actively participate in applicable System Healt...
