Responsive recruiter Benefits: JOB OVERVIEW The KidCare Director will lead and oversee the weekday staff Preschool and KidCare ministry, ensuring both provide children and teachers with experiences that are safe, organized, nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with the mission and values of Preston Trail. This role will also provide Sunday support to Special Needs ministry , helping create an environment where every child and family is seen, supported, and pointed to Jesus.
