Are you a University student or recent graduate pursuing a career in Construction Management? Join the dynamic team at RTC Group as a Construction Cadet. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry, working alongside experienced professionals on a range of project types. Daily Activities Include: - Project Assistance: Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of construction projects under the supervision of Project Managers and Site Managers. - Documentation: Help manage project documentation, including, project folders, plans, contracts, PO’s and reports. Ensure that all records are properly maintained and updated. - Contract Administration: Assist the Contracts Administrator with subcontracts and PO’s. - Site Work: Support Site Manager and Supervisors with on-site activities, including quality checks, safety monitoring, and assisting in inspections. Learn to identify and solve on-site issues as they arise. - Safety and Quality: Assist the WHS Coordinator in ensuring that projects comply with WHS regulations.
