We seek supervisors of workforce that can preplan, organize, track and audit day to day field operations of workers and hours in commercial systems on-site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for great customer relations. - Manage the PM staff and the General Supt. through coaching. - Double checks and accountability based on their job descriptions. - Schedule and attend all monthly DRIVE Meetings. - Schedule, outline & facilitate weekly snapshot meetings (production meetings). - Attend foremen meetings and assist when necessary. - Approve all sub pay applications weekly. - Facilitate and outline pre-planning meetings for projects. - Attend WIP Meetings with General Manager at close of month. - Approve all field raises. - Discover and implement new ways of running our projects to get better. - Discover and implement new ways for our team to be successful in new product lines. - Get involved in teaching and training staff. - Ensure budgets are in line with the estimators margins and if not review with PM & Estim...
