JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager will support the VP, Business Development and Joint Venture Management, providing performance reporting and analysis, business case development, and Joint Venture asset management for the portfolio of hotel rooms across multiple destinations & experiences. Specific focus will be on complex financial modeling, decision support analysis, contract analysis and negotiation support processes for partnerships and financing, and quantitative and qualitative performance oversight of the JVs. The Senior Manager will build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and work closely with partners from Legal, Universal Creative, Loews Orlando, and Loews Corporate.
