Role Overview In a Nutshell…: We have an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Bardon factory. As our People Business Partner, you will provide proactive, value adding, strategically aligned support in the development and delivery of people strategies in line with business goals to the Manufacturing Leadership Teams and Executive Leadership of a number of centralised support functions. You will be an active member of the Manufacturing Leadership Team and to act as a change agent in managing organisational change.
