Working Title: New Student Orientation Coordinator Classification Title: Student Services Professional III Posting Details: Priority Application Date (Posting will remain open until filled): Monday, May 11, 2026 @ 11:55pm PT Hiring Preference: Not Applicable Position Summary: The incumbent assists the Director of New Student Orientation with all aspects of the New Student Orientation program that serves 30,000 prospective students and 10,000 guests annually. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the mandatory New Student Orientation program. Duties include developing and managing the program schedule; assisting in overall program operations, creating, editing, and overseeing orientation publications; maintaining and updating the orientation website; delivering presentations to large audiences of students and supporters; coordinating the culminating orientation activities; and assisting with the recruitment, training, and supervision of 45–50 student leaders.
