Overview PURPOSE STATEMENT: Primarily responsible for the admission and/or registration of patients into the facility and maintaining communication between the organization and the patient referrals and family. Salary - $19.00 - $22.00 /Hr Location: Wilmington Treatment Center/Call Center: Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm About Us: Wilmington Treatment Center was founded in 1984 by a group of individuals whose lives had been affected by the disease of addiction. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Greet and search new patients and those transporting patients upon arrival. - Review, in conjunction with Admission Counselor, prospective admissions against approved admission criteria, policies and procedures. - Schedule assessments of voluntary patients. - Respond promptly to inquiry calls. - Responsible for clerical duties such as managing paperwork, handling data entry and answering phones. - Initiate contact, when ap...
