Job description

Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of solutions using Earnix at a Tech Lead/Lead developer level. Work closely with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable pricing and rating solutions. Define and implement branching strategies for development teams to support efficient and scalable CI/CD workflows. Develop and deliver an overarching integration architecture between Earnix and Guidewire, enabling seamless consumption of capabilities as a service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Provide guidance on Earnix best practices, data structures, and modeling approaches. Drive solution design reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce engineering standards. Required Skills & Experience-: Hands-on Earnix experience at a Tech Lead or Senior Developer level. Strong experience with Rating, Guidewire (GW), and Insurance platforms. Proven expertise in designing and implementing branching strategies (Git-based workflows preferred).
