The PSM plans, coordinates and manages all in-room Patient Dining. The primary focus of our Patient Services Manager is the overall leadership of the Server Team and oversight of the Patient Experience, ensuring amazing food, unexpected service and the ability to engage with our patients to utilize the ordering system and/or assist in the menu selections and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
