Elec Electronic Engr Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Manager to join the Attack Helicopter program's Platform Systems IPT (Integrated Product Team) located in Mesa, Arizona. The Platform Systems IPT is a cross functional team responsible for the entire life cycle of its products which includes Electrical Design and Integration (EDI), Flight Control, Flight Management System, Hydraulics, Electrical Power Systems (EPS), and Environmental Control Systems (ECS). Position Responsibilities: Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team, to deliver cross-functional product to support Apache and AH-6 helicopter programs. Support program execution across the portfolio: scope, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and earned value/variance analysis. Coordinate statement-of-work decomposition across multiple teams and lead process and staffing improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners/suppliers, stakeholders, program management, and senior leadership; prepare and deliver executive briefings.
