In this role, you'll: Be working in the Legal & Governance Branch, where you will where you will work as part of a collaborative legal team delivering expert regulatory, administrative, government and criminal law services, supporting compliance, enforcement and decision making across the Transport portfolio. This role will see you provide quality legal advice, draft regulatory and court documentation, prepare briefs of evidence, and conduct prosecutions and appeals across the Local Court, District Court and NCAT representing the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner. You’ll build deep subject matter expertise in transport regulation while further developing your advocacy, statutory interpretation and litigation skills within a large, complex government environment.
