POSITION: Network Technician (Salt Palace Convention Center) DEPARTMENT: Event Technology Services: REPORTS TO: IT Manager: FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt: Summary: Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Network Technician for Legends Global/Salt Palace Convention Center. Under the guidance of the Director of Event Technology and IT Manager, the network technician will install, maintain, upgrade, repair, and troubleshoot the network systems at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Additionally, they will install event network and telephone services and provide onsite customer support for these services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Installation and support of temporary event services including wired and wireless services, VLANs, point-to-point connections and telephone services. - Assist event clients in setup and usage of ordered services such as configuring PC's, Laptops, iPads, and other devices for Internet access. - Maintain IT systems including HPE/Aruba, FortiNet, Verkada, Comcast (Cable TV), ABI, Cisco (Telephone), and satellite services. - Maintain Internet and network services for i...
