Position Summary: Coordinate the daily work assignments of the Room Attendants as directed by the Director of Housekeeping, Executive Housekeeper, and Assistant Executive Housekeepers. Attention to detail and Guest assistance and service are required. The right candidate is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. Essential Functions: - Prepare daily paperwork for all Housekeeping Associates - Communicate with Front Office and Engineering Departments - Communicate with the Laundry Department on linen deliveries - Organize Associate work duties and ensure Administrative tasks are completed - Provide professional, friendly service to all Guests and Associates - Communicate and prioritize the cleaning of rooms with Lead Room Attendants - Completing and providing the weekly schedule for housekeeping.
