Join us as a Specialist Client Manager - In this vital role, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of higher-risk Corporate and Commercial clients, where your decisions directly impact business survival and the bank’s risk position - Working within the Commercial & Institutional (C&I) portfolio management function, you’ll own the end-to-end credit delivery activity for a portfolio of complex corporate and commercial clients - You'll join a deeply experienced team operating at the forefront of complex, in-life client situations across NatWest’s Commercial & Institutional bank What you'll do: This is not a typical portfolio or relationship role. You’ll operate in a heightened monitoring environment, proactively identifying risk, engaging customers early, and shaping strategies to stabilise or exit positions. As a Specialist Client Manager, you’ll be overseeing the relationship with customers and credit stewardship activity as well as assisting senior management in the development of client risk management capability within the business.
