Overview Job Description: Finance, Planning and Analysis, FP&A Manager (Fixed term) Encyclis Limited is a leader in the energy from waste industry and we are looking for our next talented individual to join us. We generate sustainable energy for homes and businesses from non-recyclable waste. All of our plants are state of the art and ensure that safety is at the heart of what we do and You will be joining a team of highly skilled, diverse individuals and a business that applauds their successes, loves idea sharing and values its people. As an FP&A expert, you will report to the Finance Director with responsibility for one of our best performing plants in the Midlands. Your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning, and in addition, you will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
