Grant funded through September 30, 2028 ( position is contingent upon renewed grant funding by the terms outlined by contract through September 30, 2031) Associate Professor - salary range $58,936.23 - $69,066.51 SCOPE OF WORK: To educate students in nursing as outlined in a prescribed program curriculum and to coordinate departmental initiatives and/or institutional activities that advance the mission of the college in support of the Rural Health Transformation Grant (RHT). This position shall report to the Department Chair of the Nursing at Manchester Community College. ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Teaches an assigned academic course schedule in a classroom, laboratory, and/or clinic/field experience setting as appropriate for the nursing program with a specific focus on the clinical area of medical/surgical. - Assists Department Chair as needed to address and resolve any grant-related issues, communicating when required to the CCSNH Director of Workforce Development and the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Grant Manager. - Supports Department Chair and participates as needed in statewide, regional, and Federal RHT related conferences, seminars, or meetings to ensure programmatic efforts...
