As a Senior Business Process Analyst , you will play a key role in improving and optimising end-to-end business processes across Aston Martin. Working with stakeholders across the business, you will identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve performance and support a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with internal process owners and the Aston Martin Centre of Excellence to review existing ways of working and implement improvements that align with wider business objectives. This includes leading Execution Management System projects and helping deliver measurable value and cost savings for the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future of the newly formed Centre of Excellence.
