Job DetailsJob Location: Main Bank - Lubbock, TX 79407Position Type: Full TimeIncumbent is accountable for providing the bank with sound, quality consumer loans in accordance with Bank policy and regulation as well as servicing the current loan portfolio and customer relationships. To develop and manage loan accounts which meet established lending requirements and provide maximum profitability to the Bank with a minimum of risk, in accordance with banking regulations. To ensure loans extended are properly documented and updated as necessary. To stay abreast of changes in the banking industry and the environment in which the Bank operates. Essential Duties: Represent the Bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service. Give attention to detail and provide excellent communication skills. Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional environment. Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor. Interview loan applicants to obtain and analyze financial and other relevant information in order to determine the creditworthiness of each applicant and the merit of the individual request.
