Manager, Master Data Governance

Job description

General Summary The Manager, Master Data Governance is responsible for owning enterprise master data standards, ensure master data integrity across divisions, and define data conversion logic between legacy ERP systems and Infor M3 CloudSuite. This role will work closely with business users and implementation partners to prepare, cleanse, transform, and validate data to ensure optimal conditions for ERP migration and ongoing data entry at the corporate level. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Define and enforce corporate master data standards for product, style, color, vendor, customer, and reference data. - Establish naming conventions, coding structures, and attribute requirements. - Own data mapping and conversion logic between legacy ERP platforms and Infor M3 CloudSuite. - Lead data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities for each migration wave. - Partner with consultants and business teams to execute data extraction, transformation, and loading cycles. - Monitor m...
