Overview The Manager, Product Delivery (Engineering Manager) leads two scrum teams of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products. This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and delivery accountability. The Manager partners closely with Product and Design to translate business goals into technical execution, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization. The Manager, Product Delivery is responsible for developing team members’ skills, ensuring clarity of priorities, and supporting effective execution through agile delivery practices. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and a passion for coaching teams to deliver customer-focused, data-driven solutions efficiently and predictably.
