This role involves coordinating and leading meetings with sales representatives, internal departments, and customers to ensure alignment and clarity on SLA-related offerings. Qualifications: - Providing Administrative Sales Support for SLA's and Extended Warranty - Source and prepare customer equipment summaries - Process SLA costing calculator - Schedule/lead calls to review new SLA proposal requests - Prepare Quotes for SLA proposals - Assemble SLA proposals - Maintain SLA Tracker - Follow-up on SLA renewals and Quote as needed - Sort and process inquiries to SLA Admin Inbox - Lead check in calls with SLA Client Support Managers to check on SLA deliverables and changes, track any on-site support and/or training days if applicable - Quote Extended Hardware Warranty as requested by Sales - Review Extended Hardware Warranty on new systems quotes (as requested) - Other d...
