Simucube is a game-changer in the world of sim racing and simulators. At the heart of Hervanta, Tampere, our skilled and warm-hearted team of 65 professionals creates products known for their top performance and high quality. With exciting projects underway and our business growing fast, we are now looking for a new colleague to join us as IT Manager. This is not a maintenance role. This is a foundation role. You will build, structure, and take full ownership of Simucube’s IT function, ensuring our systems, tools, and ways of working support both today’s operations and tomorrow’s growth. You’ll report directly to our CEO and work closely with teams across the organization. In a company of our size, IT is not a back-office function, it’s a business enabler, meaning your work will be both visible and meaningful from day one. The role in a nutshell: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hervanta, Tampere. While we offer flexible working arrangements, we value working together on-site, and we expect this role to have a regular presence at the office.
