Santa Iria de Azoia (Factory site) About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Technician ensuring compliance with statutory health, safety, and environmental (SHE) requirements according to Flora Food Group’s corporate guidelines. In this role, you will be responsible for advising on SHE regulations, helping to implement safety systems, and promoting a culture of safety across all levels of the organization. You will: What do we expect from you? You are an experienced SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) professional with at least two years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Holding a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field, along with a CAP6 qualification, you bring both technical knowledge and practical insight to your role. You are proactive, agile, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain strong focus. While you thrive in team settings and enjoy collaborating with others, you are equally comfortable working independently.
