Job Title Working Student / Intern (all genders) – Service Operations Analyst Job Description: In this role you have the opportunity to use AI as a digital assistant to streamline daily office tasks, analyze data, and enhance communication within a global Service Team of 25 colleagues across 4 sub-teams. Your role: Help to shape a broader AI strategy for the global service team and lead the implementation of it Use AI tools to draft, refine, and translate emails and documents, as well as summarize complex reports and technical articles. Leverage AI-supported tools to transcribe meetings, structure key discussion points, and prepare concise meeting minutes. Support the analysis of large datasets using AI-enabled features in tools such as Excel to identify trends, generate forecasts, and create visualizations (e.g., charts and pivot tables). Assist in preparing presentation drafts, researching market and industry trends, and using AI as a sparring partner to develop and refine ideas.
