What will you do?: Your role will be to empower individuals with a disability, injury or a health condition, to achieve and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment. You will provide: - Tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. - Identify new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants goals and needs. - Understand the unique employment needs of your clients - Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity Who are you?: You are committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment.
