Job description

General Description: The Security and Workplace Safety Training Supervisor supports customer service and serves as a liaison between front operations, facilities, and security teams to address patient access, appointment navigation, and emerging challenges across multiple sites. This role helps assess location-specific patient navigation needs and identifies organizational safety priorities to support planning and service improvements. The position is responsible for implementing workforce training programs focused on workplace safety, including de-escalation, situational awareness, and self-defense, while promoting collaboration across teams to enhance patient access and cohesive workflows. Additionally, the Supervisor supports public safety efforts by assisting with emergency response coordination, safety protocol development, and collaboration with internal and external partners, while contributing to disaster preparedness and crisis management initiatives.
