Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service is looking for a motivated and forward‑thinking individual to help drive data, intelligence and evidence‑based decision making. This is a key role that will help shape how we understand risk, plan for the future and keep our communities safe. About the role As the Strategic Risk Analyst, you will: - Lead the development of data tools and analytical products that support strategic planning and improvement across the service. - Produce and oversee our Strategic Assessment of Risk, ensuring we have a clear understanding of current and emerging risks to help shape our Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP). - Provide expert advice to senior leaders, helping them make informed, evidence‑led decisions. - Work closely with managers, partners and national networks to share insight, improve risk analysis methodologies and support collaborative projects. - Deliver intelligence products that support community safety, service improvement and organisational change. - Represent Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service at local and national forums and support the wider intelligence community.
