We are looking for a Change Delivery Lead to lead on the delivery of priority outcomes to drive successful end to end delivery. What you’ll do: As a Change Delivery Lead you will use your experience to lead business wide change which will include; Bringing cross functional resources together to tackle a wide range of business problems Providing clear communication and coordination between delivery teams and wider business stakeholders Adapting your methodology and style to suit different scenarios Challenging and stress testing plans, scope and delivery approaches Dealing with ambiguity and navigating when processes are not clearly defined or understood Identifying ways to improve overall efficiency and ways of working of delivery teams An accomplished delivery specialist with a depth of experience in delivering impactful outcomes that require cross-functional working and responsibility.
