Health & Safety Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment. Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team. Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks. Make sure everyone meets safety standards. Respond to emergencies as required . Lead the unloading of the truck, ensuring team efficiency and enforcing safety measures. 2. Leadership & Team Support Motivate and lead sorters; be their point of reference. Mentor and support Package Handlers during the sort process. Coach and mentor warehouse associates, including training new hires. Respond quickly to requests for changes and unforeseen events.
