Job Description The Role: The Maintenance Business Maintenance Manager leads daily Body Shop Maintenance operations, overseeing throughput, managing breakdowns, and driving rapid return-to-running while supporting Maintenance Group Leaders and Shift Leaders. The role coordinates manpower and vacation planning, weekend and launch work, safety and quality follow-up, and skilled trades training, ensuring standardized work, effective cross-shift communication, and strong support for plant performance objectives.
