Job Description Summary The CT, Mammography, or MRI Dual Registered Technologist reports to the Imaging Director. Under general supervision, the Radiology and CT/Mammo/MRI Dual Registered Technologist performs high quality Radiology and CT/Mammo/MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols on patient populations ranging from neonate through geriatrics for interpretation by a physician. Operates imaging equipment: Radiology and CT, Mammography, or MRI, following radiation safety guidelines based on hospital policy and regulatory requirements. Provides radiographic support for all areas of the Hospital as needed. Position patients accurately for specific anatomic imaging using appropriate immobilization devices when required. Avoids excessive repeated examinations by following guidelines.
