Company Description The Conveyor Supervisor will be primarily overseeing the work of technicians and assist in making decisions on technical solutions. They will schedule repairs, track associates' time off, and assess technicians' work and performance including writing performance reviews. Candidate should expect to perform job duties of a technician as needed including but not limited to preventative maintenance and repairs. This position is also responsible for ordering parts, stock room management as well as overseeing the state of DC2 (one of our two distribution centers on site). Each day will start with a group meeting and turnover from previous shift. This person will prioritize and assign work orders to be completed. They will close work orders, checking for accuracy of time allotted and parts signed out.
