Job Description Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Decatur, IL This is a non-exempt level position. Job Responsibilities: - Create, handle and manage container shipping documents as well as managing all necessary documents for customer payment, L/C application and bank negotiation. - Act as liaison with both internal (traders, trade finance, logistics, customers) and external parties (suppliers, customer, shipping companies etc). - Assist with various functions within the NA Container Export group - Must be analytical, have problem-solving ability, well organized and possess the memory skills to retain situations along with the thought process to act with self-direction.
