Good Sam Enterprises is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the growth of the Overnight Stays host network through proactive outreach, relationship building, and lead coordination. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and partnerships, serving as an early touchpoint for prospective hosts while ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the acquisition funnel. The role will engage potential hosts through inbound interest and targeted outreach, educate them on program expectations and benefits, and coordinate next steps with our Sales Development Manager. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows while contributing to overall host acquisition goals. This position reports to the Overnight Stays Operations Lead. Responsibilities: Host Engagement & Qualification: Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective Overnight Stays hosts across inbound inquiries, referrals, and targeted outreach.
