This customer centric and strategic leader is responsible for steering the vision, design, and execution of products that align with the company's goals and market demands. Lead consumer healthcare product development, with emphasis on health plan (HP) products. Successful candidate skillset: P&L‑minded product owner who approaches Health Plan and Provider products like a business line—prioritizing value, margin, and market fit. O perator and builde r who can stand up structure, processes, and governance. S trategic innovator who can “break the mold” in care delivery and go‑to‑market—e.g., concierge or stand‑alone care delivery offerings—where it improves outcomes and growth. Connector across clinical, network, operations, finance, sales, and compliance to ensure products are viable, differentiated, and scalable.
