- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders, owning the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programmes - Leading complex, large-scale SAP-enabled finance transformations self-sufficiently, with accountability for client outcomes, programme direction, senior stakeholder confidence - Shaping and leading finance-led transformation roadmaps, from early discovery and visioning through design, implementation and value realisation - Providing overall finance design authority across S/4HANA programmes, ensuring business objectives, controls, operating model and value outcomes are embedded - Orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams across CFO&EV, Technology, and other Accenture groups, while retaining ownership of the finance agenda - Leading senior client forums, design authorities and steering committees, translating complex transformation topics into clear, executive-level decisions - Balancing SAP fit-to-standard principles with pragmatic business differentiation, helping clients make informed trade-offs - Identifying and realising enterprise value outcomes, such as finance efficiency and cost reduction, improved close and reporting, better insight and de...
