Description The Inside Sales Representative will work under moderate supervision to build and grow designated accounts; achieving overall sales goals as set forth by J&J and AMIG. This position will be responsible for growing the business with established and newly appointed agents. Job Responsibilities: Agency Growth Management (75%) – Responsible for sales development calls to assigned accounts to aid account growth by increasing market penetration and product offering. Responsible for knowing Regional/State Sales Strategies. Ultimately responsible for growing assigned accounts to the established goals set by the direct Manager and AMIG. Training and Development (15%) – The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for learning and demonstrating a strong knowledge of J&J and AMIG products. Responsible to know the conversion process with AMIG and setting up new agents and on-boarding new accounts with the Modern Link website. Required to work with new accounts to assist with rolling books of business and training agents on web access for both J&J and AMIG websites.
