Job Summary: - Responsible for contributing to the development, planning and implementation of the continuous improvement (C.I.) strategy across operations. - Responsible for engaging staff and promoting a culture that supports C.I. as a core competency. - Help identify and facilitate C.I. opportunities, assisting project teams to utilise data and appropriate methodologies to deliver quantifiable improvements across operations in a structured and timely manner. Essential Functions & Accountabilities: Work with the Operations Management team to identify and support opportunities for improvements. Support day-to-day operational aspects of continuous improvement projects and associated scope to ensure consistent achievement of continuous improvement measure by key performance indicators, such as Quality, Cost and Delivery. Collate and present ROI analysis / trend findings with cost justification for process or equipment improvements. Actively promote and communicate progress of CI activities on a site wide basis using effective methods Liaise with Health & Safety as required to ensure any changes / improvements to ensure a safe, clean and standardized working environment is maintained...
