Production Supervisor

Job description

We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our manufacturing department. - Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedule for multiple packaging lines. - Efficiently meet and exceed production goals while maintaining safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste - Collaborate with the other departments for all production needs - Review, interpret and analyze production data to determine if adjustments must be made - Partner with Human Resources in the recruitment, hiring and training of personnel and other employee relations issues - Encourage teamwork, and build morale among staff - Provide strong leadership to staff in regards to professionalism, courtesy, adhering to policy - May conduct period end inventory and routine raw material inventory - Enforce and maintain SOP's, GMP's, and Safety guidelines - Maintain time and attendance records and track performance for operators - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Equal Opportunity Employer / Vets / Disabled - Five years supervisory experience in production environment - BA/BS preferred.
