Insurance Claims Handler (Property & Liability)

Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. You will be joining a dynamic team that supports the risk business, handles and evaluates claims related to national and international accounts, and provides quality service as a Marsh representative. You will receive training and mentorship to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, including the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop the skills necessary to support the growth and success of our business. We will count on you to: - Work directly with one of Marsh's international account. - Evaluate claims related to liability and property insurance. - Follow up processes in order to cover, decline or ask for more documentation in order to re-evaluate. - Reply to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers. - Answer, document and monitor calls, emails and transactions. - Track client information and log data in spreadsheets to assist with monit...
