ABOUT THIS ROLE: TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions. The Study Coordinator will perform coordination and supervision of clinical studies in various dermatological indications at SCIderm Clinics. Primary contact person for sponsors, potential clients and external service provider at Clinics as well as for patients Key Responsibilities: · Communication with sponsors, agencies and ethics committees · Communication and coordination of monitors and audits · Communication with patients within the recruitment/scheduling · Respond to Feasibility-Questions · Compilation of study-relevant documents, including maintenance of corresponding PC folders / structures · Participation in investigator meetings and study-specific appointments · Control of and archiving of study documents · Organization and implementation of the recruitment of probands and patients · Regulation and cooperation with external service providers (e.g. laboratory...
