$1,000 Trach/Vent Bonus: Earn a $1,000 bonus when assigned to a trach and/or vent case. We provide paid training and clinical support. New graduate nurses are not eligible. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in the home. This role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts, along with full training and hands-on support for nurses new to trach and vent care. Qualifications: - Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey - Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care Compensation: Benefits: (For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week. Which begin on your 60th day of employment following first of the month).
